Over time general daily operations and seasonal weather can effect the structural integrity of some of the most important pieces of your outdoor production plants. Cemex Concrete & Cement Manufacturing in Modesto, California recognized their need for rehabilitation and partnered with Team TCB to perform the necessary repairs.

Our design team engineered the new catwalk and replacement pieces for the aggregate storage walls. The preparation, scheduling, and execution of this project was of utmost importance, as we strategically planned the removal of the old catwalk, and aggregate walls while TCB Fabrication Services constructed the catwalk pieces locally in our Modesto Fabrication shop. Upon completion the fabricated segments were professionally coated, and transported to the jobsite in preparation for install. From design to install, our team completed this project on time and within budget.
